Site's Main Purpose: Information
Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?
Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?
Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?
Appearance/Attractiveness
Images failing to load
Is the Contact, Privacy and Legal information adequate in relation to main purpose of site?
Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Hi and welcome. Please keep your site in the subject title and/or in your profile as per sites rules & guidelines.
I very much like the lay out of your site. It is very user friendly. If I am a renter or an owner I can find what I need to know very easily.
I would like to see some of your pics be a little larger. Some are large enough I can see all the details, others not so much.
As for the Search engine end - you have really over used the word vacation in your tags.
I think your H could be better used - for example - your H2 is "for owners".
Looking the site over even more - you have over used your H as well. Way too many and not really the best choices of text to use in them.
I am not seeing the use of an ALT - maybe I over looked them though.
Over all, Love the lay out, love how easily site is to use. SEO end needs some TLC and some more SEO knowledge.
